Where we ship
Worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long it takes
10 to 20 days from the day you order.
We're upfront about this because we'd rather you knew now than wondered later. Your order ships direct from our supplier rather than sitting in a warehouse near you, which is what keeps the price where it is. It also means it takes two to three weeks to reach you.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. The rest is transit and customs.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel moves. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Customs and import duties
Some countries charge import duty or tax on parcels arriving from abroad. We can't predict or cover these, and they're not included in the price you pay us. Any charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
Wrong address
Check your delivery address before you order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
Late or missing orders
If 25 days have passed since you ordered and your parcel hasn't arrived, email aeroglow@support.me with your order number and we'll chase it. If it's genuinely lost, we'll replace it or refund you.
